Meet Joeyfounder of SyncGrid
Operations and technical sales by trade, builder by habit. Joey founded SyncGrid after living the same problem through four products of his own: he could build the thing, but he could not get it in front of customers consistently.
The story
Before AI, Joey worked in operations, technical sales, quoting and commercial bidding, process improvement, and management. Every role came back to one idea: build the system that makes execution easier, faster, and more organized.
In early 2022 Joey started Coastal Funnel Builders, building funnels, websites, and lead generation. In December 2022 he joined ChatGPT and saw that AI could do the work itself, not just organize it. Coastal AI Solutions followed, then PromptForgeOS and CortexOS in 2023, then OmniCreator in 2024 and 2025: agents, automation, content, and scheduling tools.
Each product taught Joey the same lesson. After every launch the gap was never the software. It was the pipeline: no prospecting, no CRM discipline, no follow-up, no sales messaging, no daily execution. In January 2026 he brought everything under SyncGrid and built the missing piece, an AI business team that moves customers through the whole cycle. He runs his own company on it.
